Our Story
IT ALL STARTED WITH
A LOT OF LEARNING
5thVEDA is the potent result of the endless knowledge and incredible efforts of the couple- Dr. Arun Kumar Kaushik and Mrs. Neera Kaushik.
With more than 30 years of extensive experience in Ayurveda, Dr. A. K. Kaushik, Doctor of Medicine in Ayurveda, has helped countless people in the Himalayan states of India to revitalize and rejuvenate their health. All of his life he has worked with non-profit and government organizations to help the needy section of society. Dr. Kaushik has a diploma in Yoga, extensive training in Panchkaram from Kerala, and understands the concept of holistic wellness of human bodies using alternative natural medicines based on the principles of Ayurveda.
Whereas Mrs. Neera Kaushik, as a multifaceted personality, is a professional choreographer & makeup artist who has been running salons and working with skincare all of her life. She is a natural people person with a consultative mindset toward her client’s needs and requirements.
Looking back into her professional journey, Mrs. Kaushik began to glance closer at the different products she and her team at the salons used daily with her customers. Reluctant to settle for formulations containing ingredients well known to threaten people and the environment, she reached for the professional help from her husband. She has realized that it’s going to be a long path, but for the last many years she’s been trying hard to use more plants, flowers, and herbs, according to Ayurvedic teachings, and coming up with easy-to-use freshly made replacements for her clients, wherever possible.

As she always believed that everything starts with people and their health, Mrs. Kaushik along with her husband, Dr. Kaushik decided to innovate natural, effective skin and hair care products backed by the ancient Indian science of Ayurveda. Over the years, our admiring clients have proved that both, women and men, don’t need to risk any exposure to toxins so as to get the desired results.
5thVEDA is BORN
For the last few years, the efficacy of the products lead to the growing demand for these pure and effective formulas. To lay helping hands in their parent’s mission and to support people’s aspirations to be their best selves, Krishna Kaushik with his brother Chaitanya has decided to embark on a company and a movement called 5thVEDA Naturals.
To gain the necessary knowledge, Krishna then sought out even more help from experts working in Pharma, Cosmetics, and Medicine. 5thVEDA’s team has paid special attention to developing innovative approaches for manufacturing mild, yet effective formulations.

It all started with a lot of learning for the whole team, but soon they realized that a big gap exists in the already existing ayurvedic beauty line in the market when it comes to innovation and commitment. WHY '5THVEDA'
Vedas, originating from Ancient India, are the extensive body of original texts which broadly consist of 4 main Vedas- Rig Veda, Sama Veda, Yajur Veda, and Atharva Veda. Ayurveda is believed to be the subsection of the Atharva Veda. Some scholars also refer to Ayurveda as the Panchama Veda or the 5thVEDA, which is a part and parcel of the framework of the Vedas.
Ayurveda, or we would like to call it the 5thVEDA, is accepted as one of the oldest and most universal health mapping systems for human beings. With the vast knowledge of nature-based formulations, Ayurveda focuses on the protection, healing, and longevity of human life.

Adopting sustainable processes in production, we use no parabens, artificial colors, and fragrances. 5thVEDA Naturals team pays significant attention to not only the supply chain of the raw materials procured but also to how they are processed.
Our packaging and products are based on the concept of Less is more.
Your products are sent in recyclable packaging. When the products are used, you can send the empty bottles and jars back to us. Per 10 bottles and jars, you’ll get a 10% discount voucher on your next order.
In the times to come, 5thVEDA wants to close the consumption loop and start reusing containers and packaging for their products.
